Get ready to bring a fallen city back to life! After being almost completely demolished by a powerful earthquake and tsunami in 1755, the city of Lisboa (or Lisbon) is in ruins. Cast as a member of Lisboa’s nobility, players are tasked with the reconstruction of the city by using various builders, architects and influence to achieve their ultimate goal. Of course, nothing gets done without a little political influence here and there, which is something the King can help you with. Your motivation is not for fame or fortune, but something that is more valuable than both and key to winning the game. Those are wigs. Wigs are a precious trading commodity that earns you points throughout the course of the game. After a fixed number of rounds, the player who has compiled the most wigs at the end of the game is declared the winner! If you’re looking for a challenge, this is the game for you!
