WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
Let’s make something clear right from the get-go: YOU RETAIN THE RIGHTS TO YOUR WORK. In other words, your work 100% belongs to you and you alone. We are not asking for you to create designs to GIVE to us. Instead, we are asking to simply use YOUR designs on OUR products, in order to offer our customers a wide range of styles and design options on various items.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS ON ART SUBMISSIONS?
We are currently only accepting new art for the following products: Standard Playmat, Oversized Playmat, Dice Bags, Day Totes, Standard Playmat Bags, XL Extended 36" x 18" Mousepads, XXL Extended 48" x 24" Mousepads, 36" x 36" Wargaming Mats, and Keycaps. We will not accept submitted artwork for any other products or sizes at this time.
Parody and/or mashup fanart is acceptable, but we will not accept redraws or arts that contain trademarks/logos
We cannot print any trademarked or copyrighted work without permission. This includes company logos, sports teams logos, college logos, artists’ work that we do not feature on our website, etc. Please refrain from uploading anything that contains content that defames or vilifies any person, people, race, religion or religious group and/or is obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.
WHY SHOULD YOU JOIN?
Aside from receiving recognition for your designs, you will also receive a commission for them as well. That’s right, we give you a 10% commission on all sales made that feature your work. Be aware, selling your work falls on us, not on you. We take care of all the marketing, sales and monetary transactions on our end, that way you can focus on doing what you do best (but if you want to direct people to the site to buy your work...we’re definitely not going to tell you not to). So, if a customer purchases an item for $59.99 and selects your design, you would receive $5.99 in commission for that particular sale. All you have to do is submit your designs, sit back, and receive compensation from the commissions every three months.
HERE'S HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:
Complete the New Artist Submissions form above and submit your images.
Receive confirmation that your design(s) will be featured on the website, or receive notice that we will not be using your design(s).
Receive an email every 3rd month (March, June, September, December) detailing the sales with your design(s).
Receive commission payment via PayPal around the 15th of every 3rd month. (Please note, you must have a PayPal account in order to receive your commission payments from us.)

Again, this is your chance to get paid to do something you love and to be a part of something bigger. Much bigger. We don’t just want artists like you. We need artists like you in order to fulfill our ultimate goal, which is to give our customers and players some of the coolest-looking gear in the gaming sphere.
