Changes Coming To Supply Drop Game Options

Our biggest and most important update is on the game options available for Supply Drop. We have learned that our main focus should be on providing quality gaming accessories related to specific games. We found unique challenges in completing this task for certain game options, and came to a tough decision. Starting October 1st, 2023, the Digimon, Flesh and Blood, and D&D Supply Drop boxes will be discontinued at all subscription tiers. We will place all of our time and energy into providing the best quality Supply Drop supplies to the most popular game options.If you are a subscriber for any of the three aforementioned game options, the September Supply Drop boxes will still ship as usual. However, please note that the Digimon, Flesh and Blood, and D&D Supply Drop boxes will become unavailable starting October 1st. We are really bummed to say goodbye to these awesome games, and hope to provide a better option in the future.

Updating Color Options

One area of difficulty in creating awesome and unique monthly Supply Drop boxes was limitations set on items due to color preference. We wanted to try customizing them to color as often as possible and that also caused unnecessary confusion and stress on both sides. Starting October 1st, 2023, we will be removing the color preference option from all remaining Supply Drop tiers. This update will allow Supply Drop boxes to feature a wider variety of gaming products that can be received.

Supply Drop Contents Adjustment

Variety is a key factor in making the Supply Drop a fun and exciting monthly surprise. We've learned a lot about what products are and are not the most exciting in the last year, and want to really take your feedback to heart. Starting October 1st, 2023, we will be adjusting the potential items received in each Supply Drop box. We wanted to note this especially because this can mean you might not receive a sealed product every month, but it will allow us to offer a wider variety of gaming accessories including more exclusive artwork accessories or unique items from our partnerships with other companies like Card Kingdom.

The Supply Drop Box is a mystery bundle of TCG gear and accessories that we choose for our subscribers each month. All those who subscribe can expect to receive a monthly restock of gaming essentials.

Good question, but since each box is packed with mystery in mind, the contents are a secret until you open your box. All we can tell you is that boxes are likely to include licensed gear from your favorite game, gaming essentials (like deck boxes, sleeves, etc.), and unique products we design and produce in-house. The gear in your box will be worth more than the $30, $60, or $100 value you selected.

Beyond that, you’re just going to have to trust us when we say that you will receive top-quality gaming gear from the best brands on the market in your Supply Drop Box (plus some extra goodies from time to time). The only question is, are you willing to take a chance?

If you order more than one box in the same month, you may receive similar or duplicate items.

We’re glad you asked! Signing up for your Supply Drop Subscription is a simple and speedy process. You’ll need to create an Inked Gaming account, or login if you already have one. You’ll begin by selecting your favorite game and the size of the box you want. After you’ve chosen an Essentials, Elite, or Epic box for the game you play, all you have to do is proceed to checkout. At checkout, update your address to the Kraken store in Corvallis (114 SW 3rd St, Corvallis, OR 97333) to pick your box up at this location. Done!

The cost of your Supply Drop Box depends on which one you select. We have the Essentials Box for $30, the Elite Box for $60, and the Epic Box for $100.  We can tell you that the contents of those boxes will be worth more than the $30, $60, or $100 value you selected. With big-name brands such as Dragon Shield, Ultra Pro, Gamegenic, and Ultimate Guard, you’ll be getting top-quality gear for a great value. And with licensed products from your favorite game, you'll be playing in style. We’ll also be throwing in new, exclusive items every now and then that will make for a fun surprise.

When you sign up for the Supply Drop, we give you the option to select your favorite game. These details can help us to determine which and what kind of gear to include in your Supply Drop Box. From here, everything else will remain a mystery until the box is delivered to your door. Remember, we’re gamers too, so you can trust us to know what we’re doing!

Boxes will be available for in-person pickup at the Kraken store in Corvallis (114 SW 3rd St, Corvallis, OR 97333) on the first and third Fridays of each month. A general reminder will be sent through the Kraken discord channel when boxes are ready for pickup, so make sure to sign up to keep in the loop! Your order must be placed at least 7 days before a pickup day in order to be available on that day. If it is placed within 7 days of the pickup day, it will not be available at the store until the next pickup day.

The Treasure Chest is a surprise within a surprise! We randomly select 1 out of about every 200 subscribers to receive a complimentary upgrade of that month’s box. These lucky boxes will be worth at least double the value of the standard Elite Box, for no extra charge! Managing your active subscription(s) is fairly simple. Just log in to your account on our site using your email and password and click Manage Subscriptions. From there, you will have a host of options/actions to choose from, which you can use to edit your subscription. Those options include:

• Canceling a subscription

• Updating billing information

• Skipping a delivery

• Updating your shipping address

• Adding a product to your subscription

• Swap a Product

If you ever need to update your billing information, all you have to do is access the Payment Methods tab in your account and select the Payment Details option. From there, you will be able to edit the payment method that you want to use for each subscription you're signed up for according to the shipping address profile. The Subscriptions tab allows you to view, select, and individually edit the different subscriptions you're signed up for.

Absolutely! We understand that situations change and that you may have to cancel your subscription for whatever reason. If that’s the case, you can simply reach out to us directly or refer to the steps in your email/account and your subscription will be canceled right away. No problem. You also have the option to pause your subscription if you just need to take a break.

We know how unpredictable life can be, so if you need to skip a Supply Drop delivery for any reason, you can do so from the Subscription tab. Just select the subscription that you want and click on the Skip Shipment option. You can also do this from the Delivery Schedule tab, which will let you select a Skip option for the corresponding date of the delivery.

We’re definitely sorry to see you go, but we made it as easy as possible to cancel subscriptions through your account. Log in to your account on our site and click Manage Subscriptions. Click on the Subscriptions tab and select the subscription you want to cancel. Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page and follow the onscreen steps to finish canceling. Then you’re done! If you ever want to reactivate, simply log back into your account, select the inactive subscription on the Subscriptions tab, and click Reactivate. There is also an option to pause your subscription if you just need to take a break.
